Tin-Bronze With Solid Lubricant Casting Bronze Bearings with Flange
Tin-Bronze With Solid Lubricant Casting Bronze Bearings with Flange is backed with Tin-Bronze. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled.
Embedded in the falnge part because there is no lubricant, not axial load.
JDB Bearings Bronze based and processed by turning technics. There can be made oil grooves on the inner surface and outside surface to reach a better lubricating effect.
Diamater 31.5mm-63mm hydraulic cylinder is put on the intermediate shaft using fresh products.
JDB Bearings with Flange is widely used on the anti-abrasion and anti-erosion parts, which work in conditions with heavier load and mediate running velocity.
For instance, on light industrial machines, machine tools, moving belt in the drying machine, door of the fireplace, on no oil parts on the building, metallurgy and transportation machines, etc.
