For the High TG170 double-sided FR4 PCB Board, the board thickness is 1.6 mm and the copper thickness is 1 Oz / 35 µm. Also, the surface treatment of this FR4 PCB Board is Immersion Gold, and solder mask is green. Its minimum line width and space is 0.15 mm.
