size and distinct jaw shapes which can hook around the conductor
easily. Q40-3 sensors are an excellent probe to be used in power
and low level current measurement applications.
A common form of current clamp comprises a split ring made of
ferrite or soft iron. A wire coil is wound round one or both
halves, forming one winding of a current transformer. The conductor
