About Tool Steel Bar P20+Ni

P20+Ni is a German-made mold steel pre-hardened plastic mold steel and universal plastic mold steel.

P20 tool steel is Germany super pre-hardened plastic mold steel, vacuum degassing and ESR remelting.

Pure steel, the hardness is still uniform when the thickness ≥ 500mm; sulfur content and gas containing very low (ω (S) ≤ 0.005%) , excellent mirror polishing performance, etching processability, EDM spark processing performance is good; pre-hardened state of supply.
