1. Sapphire Ball Feature
Balls＆balls measuring head jewels are made of synthetic sapphire/ruby. It is largely used in
heavily corrosive environment and optical fiber communication because of its anticorrosion,
wearable and fine transmission characteristics. Balls measuring head jewels are used as insulated
measure head on precise instruments.
The level of optical sphere lens is up to level 3, the ball diameter from0.4-250 mm,the tolerance
is ±0.001. Application is mainly used in laser, optical communication, infrared applications,
and medical imaging, photovoltaic industry, and other fields. We can provide the optical
communication spherical lens, sapphire ball lens, zinc selenide ball lens,K lens,calcium fluoride,

Sapphire is a single crystal form of AL2O3.Single crystal

optical, physical and chemical properties. Sapphire
retains its highstrength at high temperature, has
good thermal properties and excellent transparency.
It is chemically resistant to common acids and alkali
working temperature up to 2000℃. These properties
encourge its wide use in hostile environment where
optical transmission in the range from untraviolet to mid-infrared.
