The MTSM-T/MTSF-T Series delivers an economical 3-piece PTFE-lined rod end solution for high-precision motion control applications. Featuring a swaged metal spherical ball within a PTFE-bonded inner raceway, this design maximizes surface contact and extends product life. The thru-hardened, finish-ground steel ball ensures precision fit and superior wear resistance, while the zinc-plated low-carbon steel body and raceway provide enhanced corrosion protection. A clear chromate finish offers both aesthetics and durability for exposed surfaces. Engineered for demanding environments, these rod ends operate across a wide temperature range and are available with studded right-hand (RH) or left-hand (LH) threads. Ideal for industrial automation, robotics, and heavy machinery, the PTFE liner minimizes friction and maintenance, making it a cost-effective choice for continuous high-load applications.
