The ‌YSSB-V Series‌ stainless steel spherical bearings are engineered for ‌high misalignment tolerance‌ and ‌corrosion resistance‌ in demanding industrial environments. Featuring a ‌PTFE-lined inner surface‌, these bearings minimize friction and extend service life, even with frequent angular adjustments. The ‌swaged and precision-machined stainless steel outer race‌ securely houses a ‌through-hardened, precision-ground stainless steel ball‌, ensuring smooth operation under radial loads. Available in ‌plain press-fit‌ (for rigid mounting) or ‌V-groove staked-fit‌ (for thin-plate applications) configurations, they are specifically designed for corrosive environments such as marine equipment, chemical processing systems, and food-grade machinery.
