How does a truck scale work?
When the truck is docked on the platform,under the action of
gravity,the weighing platform reports gravity to the
sensor,resulting in deformation of the elastomer attached to the
sensor,The strain gauges and bridges on the elastomeric strain beam
are out of balance and output an electrical signal proportional to
the weight value.
