80t Electronic Truck Scales With Anti Rust and Anti-Corrosion Painting
1. Structure composition
SCS series electronic platform scales/electronic truck scales
mainly by weighing platform, weighing sensor and connector,
terminal block, weighing display parts. Optional components
include: printing large screen display, computer and regulated
power supply, and other external devices.
2. Working principle
Are weighing or truck in supporting table, under the influence of
gravity, through the load transfer of gravity to the weighing
sensor, weighing sensor elastomer deforms, attached with the
elastomer strain gauge bridge on the road out of balance, output
directly proportional with the weight value of electrical signals,
the linear amplifier will signal amplification. A/D is converted
into A digital signal, which is processed by the instrument's
microprocessor (CPU) to display the weight data directly. After the
printer is configured, the data can be printed and weighed. If the
computer is configured, the measurement data can be entered into
the computer management system for comprehensive management.
