Compared to SUS Adjustable Concealed Hinge, BG009 is made by Casting Zinc alloy, the weight loading is a little less than SUS ones: 80-120 kgs. but the cost is much less too. So customer can choose according to your door size and weight. If your door is not too heavy and wide, BG009 is your better choice.

Our Adjustable Concealed Door Hinge BG009 is for use in metal or wood applications, and it is universal for right&left open doors. This hinge has been tested by 100,000 times on open&close(weight loading 80 kgs/2 pcs). Usually we suggest to install 3 pcs of hinges/door. door size: Minimum thickness 40mm, Max width 1000mm, max height 2000mm. If the door height is more than 2100, please use 4 hinges.

Use at least one hinge for every 20" of door height or portion thereof, or one hinge for every 100 lbs. or fraction thereof, whichever calculation demand more hinges.
