When you want to build a prefabricated steel structure building, we can provide many options. You can choose from one of our existing building designs. Or we can customize one of our steel frame building designs to meet your unique specifications. Technical Parameters as follows:
1. Primary structure frame: Welded or Hot-rolled H section steel made in material Q345B (Equivalent to A572 Gr50); Ball blasting Sa 2.5, hot-dip galvanized or painted;
2. Purlin/girt: Cold-formed C or Z section steel made in material Q345B, Glavanized 275gsm;
3. Secondary steel: Bracing, column bracing, horizontal bracing, knee bracing, tie bar made in material Q235B ( Equivalent to A36); Hand derust St 2.0, hot-dip galvanized or painted;

4. Roof Cladding: 0.5mm/0.6mm Color corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel;

5. Wall Cladding: 0.5mm/0.6mm Color corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel;
6. Trim, ridge tile, gutter,edge cover : Color Steel Sheet;
7. Rainspout: PVC Pipe;
8. Door: Plastic steel door, Aluminum door ,sandwich door ; Type can be sliding door, swing door, roll up door;
9. Windows: PVC/Plastic Steel/Aluminum Alloy Window;
10. Fasteners: Anchor bolt (Q234A), high strength Bolts(10.9S) , common bolt (8.8S or 4.8S)

Loading management
· Before loading we will arrange all the managers to check the goods ( quality and quantity).
· We will make the loading container list before our loading
· We have one manager to check the quantity during our loading containers
· Tie up all the member in case the damage during the sea transportation

· After loading containers, Every steel member ( serial no. from your drawings) will be marked in the loading container list, then we will send to you, you could check the container list to find every member.

Our customer

Loading

At currently we have three types loading plan as below:

1 We use 4O"HQ container, This way we loading and unloading is very slow and diffcult. But this way is the lowest cost.

2 We use 40" OT container, we can load all members easily. and good way to protect the possible damage during shipping. But that will cost more ocea freight.

3 We still use 40" HQ, but we could make a steel pallet to put all members on it. And then we push it into the container, this way is the fastest way to loading and unloading, and we can make the pakage to project any damage during shipping. But the steel pallet will cost about 800 usd per pc.
