KE7308A Three Phase Portable Reference Standard Meter

KE7308A is a combination of a three-phase standard meter of class 0.05%, which is used to calibrate or test three phase, single phase, active or reactive energy meter on site, include Residential meter, Industrial and Commercial meter. And also it can be used as voltage, current and power meter to measure AC parameter of three phase power grid.
The unit can be used with various types of clamp-on CTs and current sensors. Therefore it is possible to easily and accurately test both CT and direct-connected meters.

Product functions:

1. Wide current range (direct connection): 0.05 A to 20A, the highest accuracy of each test point is 0.05%
2. Calibrate the error of all electricity energy meters, checking the constant of the energy meter
3. Simultaneous checking of the primary meter and the secondary meter in the same loop, or simultaneously checking of the active power meter and reactive power meter in the same loop
4. 7” color LCD display, All the parameters of each operation function can be displayed within one page
5. Two operation modes: touch screen and keyboard. Easy and reliable operation..
6. Measure voltage, current,frequency, power, power factor and phase angle
7. Simultaneous measure and display waveforms of three phase voltage and current
8. Measure the 2^nd - 51^st harmonics of current and voltage
9. Display vector diagram, judge the wiring right or wrong automatically
10. Industrial grade engineering plastic suit case, which has a safety protection level of up to IP67.
11. Read the information of energy meter with barcode scanner (optional)
12. Battery, test lead power or external power 3 power supply ways for choices
13. Communicate with PC, download calibration data through USB flash disk, RS-232 port
14. Firmware can be upgraded through USB port by users themselves
15. Save and query of testing data

Main specifications:

Front view

⑴ — Voltage input socket (Ua, Ub, Uc, Un)
Type: 4mm insulated socket
4 sockets. Ua, Ub, Uc and Un are corresponding to phase A voltage, phase B voltage, phase C voltage and neutral voltage

⑵ — Current input terminal socket (Ia, Ib, Ic)
Type: 4mm insulated socket

3 pairs of sockets. Ia, Ib and Ic are corresponding to phase A, B and C current.

Note:The maximum current input of the sockets is 20A.

⑶ — Clamp CT input socket (CCT A, CCT B, CCT C)
Type: Lemo socket, 6 pole
3 sockets. CCT A, CCT B and CCT C are respectively connected to clamp CT of Phase A, B, C to test their current.

⑷ — Pulse input / output socket ( )
Type: Lemo socket, 5 poles
Can be connected with scanning head, pulse input / output cable or snap switch.
By using pulse input / output cable, 2 meters can be tested simultaneously. If using scanning head to test 2 meters at the same time, pulse input adapater is needed. (This part needs to buy additionaly.)

⑸ — Universal Serial Bus (USB) port
Type: Type A USB socket,
Used for connection of external flash disk

⑹ — RS 232 port
Type: DB9 male socket,
Used for communication with PC

⑺ — Extend DC power supply socket
Connected with external DC power supply. Used for power supply of the instrument and charging the battery.

⑻ — LCD display window
Display screen is 7 inch 16:9 color TFT LCD (800 × 480 pixels). All the data can be displayed in one page. The instrument with back light can be used in dark place.

⑼ — Keyboard
Completely sealed touch key. Used for parameters input and function select of the instrument, etc.
Keyboard includes number key, cursor key, Enter key, ESC (Exit) key and function key.
