Application:

Series DVP transformer oil purification equipment can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength, effectively making sure electric equipments working safely and normally. Series DVP is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series DVP can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

DVP series double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier is special designed for processing insulating oil of high voltage electric equipments(especially for more than 500KV UHV insulating oil) in workshops or the field, storage tanks or drums, it adopts double stages vacuum source, double stages vacuum dehydration and degasification vessels, three stages precise filtration system, which can separate moisture, gas, particles and other harmful ingredients from oil much quickly and effectively to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.

Compared with single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine is more quickly and more completely in dehydration, degasification and trash extraction; it makes the oil limited voltage- withstand value much higher. This machine has two purposes, which one as purification equipment; another can be an independent vacuum power supply. Besides, it can short the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.

Product description of DVP200:

This DVP200 model transformer oil purifier machine is horizontal type with PLC and HMI control system,it design as two horizontal vacuum chambers,can treat 200L/minute(12000L/hour) transformer oil,this machine can be produced with Europe famous brand pumps,such as Germany Leybold ,Kracht,ABB,Schneider electric parts,Siemens S7 PLC ,on-line moisture detector,flow meter etc as customer required.

The DVP machine can be used for online oil treatment for transformers and vacuum drying and oil-pumping for electrical equipment. It is also applied to the above 110KV EHV transmission and distribution equipment, capacitor oil, cable oil, mutual inductor oil etc.

Features:

▲ Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of oil.

▲ Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.

▲ Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.

▲ Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
