Application:

As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. Also there are some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil’s quality.

DVP series double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier is special designed for processing insulating oil of high voltage electric equipments(especially for more than 500KV UHV insulating oil) in workshops or the field, storage tanks or drums, it adopts double stages vacuum source, double stages vacuum dehydration and degasification vessels, three stages precise filtration system, Compared with the single-stage vacuum, the machine increases the Roots pump pressurization system,secondary high vacuum separation systems ,infrared progressive scan automation systems and three-dimensional flash emergency rapid evaporation system ,which can separate moisture, gas, particles and other harmful ingredients from oil much quickly and effectively to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly,The treated transformer oil have higher limit brake down voltage value

Meanwhile, DVP machine is not only used for oil purifier but also as a separate vacuum source which have the function of vacuum drying and oil injection for transformer equipment. It is also applied to the above 110KV EHV transmission and distribution equipment, capacitor oil, cable oil, mutual inductor oil etc.

⊿ Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

1.Maintenance

1). check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time

1. all the electric control apparatus

2. temperature controller

3. oil seals and motor couplings

4. clean filter elements, check pumps and motors

5. all the pipes for leaking

2). Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease

3). Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,

4). If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas
