Application:

VPM series machine is moveable weather-proof type vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing on site at outside. It adopts full enclosed structure with function of weather proof. The Transformer Oil Purifier Machine adopts double stages high vacuum system and horizontal vacuum separators. VPM Moveable Weather-proof type Transformer Oil Purifier with trailer can be carried out on road and off road. Meanwhile, it also works with other electrical insulating oil such as cable, circuit breakers, capacitor etc. The Purification Process of VPM Transformer Oil Purifier is able to maintain complete cleanness and improve dielectric strength of insulating oil.

VPM Transformer Oil Filtration Machine has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power both below and above 100kva, 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line and dry the transformer.

This type oil filtration is also specially designed for explosion proof, applied with complete explosion proof measure and operated in some dangerous area. The explosion proof class is normally ExdBT4, CT class is also available to design. It can meet requirement in various dangerous environments.

Series VPM oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series VPM oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

8. Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil.

9. Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of oil.

10. Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.

11. Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area and degassing time

12. Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.

13. Advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

14. Online oil treatment, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for electric equipments.

15. Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status,drying the insulating oil very well, improve the breakdown voltage up to 70 KV quickly.
