Application for the Pulverizer

This machine is suitable for dry herbs, grains, spices, etc.Whole machine is

made of high quality stainless steel, can get different grinding fineness by replacing

the stainless steel sieves. The machine using the relative movement between the

shaft, so that the material cutting by the cutter, rubbing and get crushed.

It is applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material and

powder industries, representing a new generation grinding machine which combine

grinding with dust absorption and continuously discharging. The machine is

composed of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absorption box and

blower, etc. The machine is working by relative movement of rotation disc and fixed

fluted disc, making the material be crushed. The crushed material is fed into cyclone

separating device by rotating centrifugal effect and gravitation of blower and get out

via discharger. The dust is fed into dust absorption box and recycled via filter, the

fineness can be regulated by changing the sieve. The whole machine is designed

according to GMP standard, made of stainless steel, without any dust suffusing.
