Eyeliner filling machine is usually used for liquid eyeliner pencil, it has empty

container detecting system, automatic steel ball feeding, automatic filling, automatic

wiper feeding, automatic capping, automatic product pushing out systems.

2.Process: Manual feeding container→Detecting container→Peristaltic pump

filling→Manual feeding cap→Auto capping→Auto container discharged

3.Machine structure:Main machine rack,Rotary plate system,Filling system,

Peristaltic pump material feeding system,Capping system,Container discharging

system,Controlling system.

4.The main engine is powered by JSCC motor, the filling system use servo

peristaltic pump, the capping and container discharging are controlled by cylinder

mechanical, and the detection sensor is OMRON optical fiber sensor.

5.Optional configuration: Auto container collating, Auto container feeding, Auto

swab refill feeding, Auto cap feeding

Maintenance of electrical control box and components

1.Keeps the photoelectric sensor mirror clean and free of dust. It should be cleaned

with non-woven cloth and cotton cloth, and it is forbidden to wipe with corrosive

liquid!!! (during using, the surface pollution should be cleaned in time)

2.Whether the motor is running normally (check regularly)

3.The control box maintenance is as follows (check once every three months)

a.Check if there is a reliable ground lead.

b.There are different levels of voltage on the control box (dc 24V, ac single-phase

220V, three-phase 220V). The circuit must be clearly separated to prevent short

circuit accidents during maintenance.

c.All the electrical switches on the electrical cabinet, should be flexible and reliable,

no abnormal noise, no loose connection between connector and terminal. If the air

switch is reliable, there should be no leakage and frequent tripping.

d.Check the head state of the electric switch in the control box, the contact

condition, the insulation of the coil surface and the reliability of the mechanical

action.

e.Remove dust from all electrical components with a brush or airbag.
