1 Where is your factory?

Our factory is located in Xuezhai Industry Area, Liushi Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, 325604 China.

2. Can I ask for samples?

Yes, sample is ready for quality check. Just inform us your DHL account for freight.

3. What's the warranty of your products?

12 months and any defective items, we will replace immediately.

4. What's the lead time?

Depend on the quantity and model of the order, normally it takes around 5-7 days, exact lead time should be confirmed against the final order.

5. How about the MOQ, Payment term, Delivery port, and shipping date?

MOQ: No Limit - we pack indivisually for each part and have plenty stock for standard part.

T/T: 30% deposit and 70% before delivery.

L/C at sight is also acceptable
