1. Q: What’s your MOQ and payment term?

R: Usually the MOQ of each item is 500pcs, but we can discuss by different order. The payments are: (1)30% T/T as deposit, 70% against the B/L copy; (2)Irrevocable L/C at sight.

2. Q: How many kinds of products of aluminum you have?

R: Our main products are aluminum access panel, stamping parts, floor drainer and manhole cover and ect.

3. Q: Which way you calculate the weight?

R: We can choose both gross weight and net weight, base on the clients requirements

4. Q: How you solve the problem of quality?

R: First of all, we have confidence in our products, because we have our own factory, and goods will be passed very strict inspection, of course there is a little damage in the delivery can’t be avoided. If you find lots of goods have a big quality problem and really be caused by our factory production, we can compensate for your loss by negotiation.

Installation Steps
1. Fix the position and draw the correct size on the plasterboard.
2. Drill a rough hole matching the access hole on the plasterboard;
3. Place the access hole at the rough hole;
4. Fix the first fastener/screw to the frame, check and align with the hole, and then apply the second screw;
5. Open the door several times to check the flexibility;
6. Put multiple screws on the frame;
7. Especially the corner must be marked with screws;
8. The installation is complete;
9. Close the access port;

Application

1. Walls or ceilings of building, hotels, shopping malls, hospital, school, office, house and etc indoor decoration.

2. Central air conditioning system.

3. Access ductwork or pipe work above the light fixtures, vents, bathroom pipeline, etc.
