1. How can I get a quotation?
To provide a specific quotation, please provide us:
- Drawing for product - 2D or 3D or sample
- Cavities - How many products in one mold
- Gate - Cold/Hot runner
- Volume - Choose the suitable mold material
- Special surface treatment - Texture or plating etc...
- Machine specifications - Tons, Tie bar spacing, locating ring radius
- Plastic material-To know the shrinkage

2. Could you just provide the plastic products to us, not the injection mold?
Sure, we could provide you with mold design to production with factory prices.
Just tell us when you send the inquiry to us.

3. Does samples available before order?
All of our products are custom injection mold. We will send you the sample after each mold test.
We provide 3 times mold test and 10 pcs sample/each mold test free for charge.

4. What is the first mold test day (T1)?
Different product has different tooling time.
Small-Middle size: Around 30-45 working days.
Middle-large size: Around 45-60 working days.
Please tell us your product and let us tell you about the tooling time.

5. What is your payment?
40% Down payment, 30% after the first mold test(T1), 30% should be down before shipment.
By T/T.

6. How do you do if the mold has some problems during the production?
For the exported molding, we'll go the mold test once a time after mold exported.
If the mold has some problem during the production, please contact us promptly, we'll deal with it urgently.
