Chipper BX 92 R
The BX 92 R is designed for grinding branches and tree trunks up to
25 cm in diameter, but the hole width is 35 cm.
The crusher BX 92 R is designed to work with small and agricultural
tractors whose power is not 65 hp.
The feeding feeder is equipped with two serrated feed rollers,
which force the material to feed the knives, and also by means of a
hydraulic valve, the feed rate can be varied by 10 different steps.
The material feed has three positions: feed forward, stop and
reverse.
The hydraulic feed of the material is fed from the hydraulic system
of the tractor.
The drive of the chipper is driven from the tractor's power
take-off shaft.
The resulting chips are ejected through a pipe that rotates 360 °
with respect to the chopper.
The cutting disc has 4 cutting knives with two working faces + 1
counter knife.
In addition, the rotor is equipped with a tearing blade, which
breaks the material into smaller pieces (20-50 mm). This element
can be removed to get a larger chip size.
ONLY in the machines Stiler additional ventilation of the cutting
disk is installed !!!
All the elements necessary for lubrication are protected from dust
