PVD Silver thermal evaporation coating is a high technology which evaporate solid silver metals under vacuum chanmber environment and condense the thin layer on product surface to give a high reflection final finishing or silver conductive layer.
Generally the PVD silver plating has 2 methods: thermal evaporation by Tungsten filament / Tungsten boat to evaporate Silver pellets or Silver wire materials. The other way is to use DC magnetron sputtering.
The PVD Silver coating process: Substrate --> Ag Silver Evaporation --> Protective Layer (SiO, SixOy) etc.
Silver Thermal Evaporation Coating Machine designed for Silver PVD Plating process; there are 3-groups evaporation sources enable 2-nd time evaporating and deposition. The evaporation sources can be Tungsten filament, tungsten board or crucibles based on Ag silver's different forms.
