We can’t say the quality to you but we can only prove it by sending your product photos or send you samples, or even send your QC or 3rd party to check the products quality.

2. What is your payment terms?
Usually, 30% deposit in advance by TT, 70% balance to be paid before delivery.
Small payment we suggest 100% TT or by Western Union, for amount above 50,000 USD, we agree to deal with Letter of Credit.

3. What is your production time for each order?
For stock products, the production time is 5 days
For custom orders, 15-30 days depends on the quantity.

4. Can you offer OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM service. Your design and logo are both acceptable. We can even help you design your product if necessary.

5. Do you provide free samples?
For stock samples to check the quality and printing effect, yes, we can offer you free samples and you just need to take the transportation fee.

6. how do you ship the orders?
for quantity 1000 pc-2000 pcs, we suggest to ship by express. It is door to door service. For 3000 pcs or more, we suggest to ship by ocean. Our nearest port is Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port.

7. How can I know I will receive the goods after paid?
Before balance payment, we will send you production photos and well packed goods for your evaluation, or we can send you samples for checking quality, or you can send your QC or any reliable person to check. Meanwhile, we can trade through alibaba trade assurance, alibaba will protect your rights and interest as we have guarantee money there. You will have no problem with it.
