ESP-3 1/2 -9 5/8---ESP-2 7/8 -7 5/8(Electric Submersible Pump Packers), Triple or more channels, AISI4140/AISI4340

The ESP series electric submersible pump packers are hydraulically set packers used in the electric pump production well. The packer provides triple channels. The primary string is for production fluid flowing, the secondary string for gas vent valve installation, and the third string for cable traversing. When a low pressure from surface is applied to the primary string, the packer would be set. The packer would be released by pulling the primary string to shear the ring.

Material selection for the elastomer: Nitrile, HNBR and Aflas.
Material selection for the body: AISI4140 or AISI4340.
Reliable setting
Set by pressurizing the tubing
Working pressure differential is 2500 psi.
The fourth or fifth string can be added for chemical injection, fiber traversing or automatic gas vent valve installation if required by the clients.
All types of threads are available.
