This is items of standard of wire rope used in commercial gym clubs. our first customer own a gym club since 10years ago who gave us good reputation with lots of orders till now ,this customer was very professional that they tested by professional machines and inspected people for a week ,finally they placed another order which meant everything was approved well .

We engaged in develping wire rope since 2002 , I never forgot the issue by damage for the first time offer , we didn't pay enough attention to the safety at the beginning of the production ,one of our customer asked us to make it as cheap as possible because they want to own the first step of the marketing which was very important for them . we didn't know the importance and impact by this once we did for them . we used common steel and economic pu wires helping them to reduce the cost ,they felt very happy when all wire ropes were finished up ready to he shipped . but actually they were not . they lost even much more than they expect to be worth supposed be .

In the first offer from them to the fitness clubs in a week , the material was broken which they never imaged it to be so fast like that . and the steel inside worked badly on the plastic pulleys which could easily to understand being much worse . finally the steel was also broken continurously resulting the weight plates dropped down hardly , trust me ,all gym in silence at moment . the clubs claimed to my customer ,finally we was not punished but with reputation impacted ,the business in their market was really bad , we never use bad quality material offering any customers even they requested sometimes. they never insist on asking for it after listening to the terrified story .

we never make this happened again , we hope each customers could understand the quality is the biggest point of business all the time ,never ask for economic material for cost reduction ,that is really disappointed once trouble comes.
