This is a item gym equipment weight plates of weight stack ,it moves staying with the selector bar along with the guide pole up and down ,so the hole in the middle will be working together with the selector bar while the two holes left and right are used to place guide rods in up and down by direction .

For the selector bar in the middle , it assembles with the bolts inserted which fitted with the wire rops to be the final part finish up the lifting job . the bar is made by steel with CR plating well , it could be packed assemble to the top plate for setting or in seperated cartons . the quantity of holds in the selecor bar is to be inserted the pin for weight options .
