The production line consists of storage system, dosing and batching system, conveying system, mixing system, air compressor system , packaging system, and dedusting system, etc
Features of MG Semi-automatic Dry Mortar Plant:
1. It features sturdy structure, good quality, high productivity
and accurate mortar proportioning.
2. The dry mortar production line uses a central control system
with PC-PLC, making the equipment easy to operate and monitor its
processing.
3. With the loader to feed material, it can store four types of aggregates at the same time and also with two cement silos and their respective screw conveyor;
4. With electronic scales to measure and the mixing host is twin-horizontal-axis type;
