The dry mix plant consists of:
Drying and screening equipment of raw material: drum-type drier,
screening machine; Lifting equipments of raw material: bucket
elevator, pneumatic conveying, big bag discharging system and
passenger&goods lift; Storage system of raw material: main
material silo and additives silo, which are designed according to
data of material bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and
repose angel etc. It equips air cannon, level indicator and
pressure relief; Dedusting and recycling system: dust collector on
top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine;
Feeding system: gravity feed discharging - pneumatic conveying and
kinds assistant valves; Mechanical assistant discharging - screw
feed and vibrator feed
; Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system,
auxiliary material weighing system and pre-weighing system for
additives; Mixer, finished product silo; Packing system: small bag
packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk packing system;
Air supply system and pipes: air compressor, drying and filtering
