SKD61 Materials Type A Sprue Bushing Heat Resistant and Wear Resistant for Injection Mold
Description
The sprue bush is a part that allows plastic material to be injected from the nozzle into the interior of the mold. It is fixed to the mold with 2 bolts to prevent it from falling off due to the injection pressure. In order to prevent leakage of plastic material, the feed port is generally designed in an arc shape.
Materials
SKD61 hot work die steel can produce high-end and very durable sprue bushing, the hardness can reach 48~52HRC. The sprue bush made with SKD61 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and durability, and the quality of the molded product is excellent.
