Robotic CCTV Pipe Inspection Equipment Sewer Pipe Inspection Camera System is a product designed on the basis of industrial Windows system. During the testing, defect pictures are acquired; afterward, a testing report can be obtained immediately. In addition, a pipeline gradient curve can be obtained in time during the testing to determine the sediment condition inside pipeline. Fish-eye lens is used, integrating "PipePano pipeline panorama testing video analysis software" , so as to generate the panorama image of inner wall of the pipeline, analyze and determine more finely and quantitatively (measurement on pipe diameter, crack width and so on).

The TVS-2000 system can offer a never-seen-before detail images by steering crawler traverse pipes to proceed video recording,data transmission via cable,display images on 8.4”touch LCD screen,and generating reports.

The system contains two crawler system, which makes the inspection range from 150mm to 2000mm pipe diameter, the TVS-150 small crawler is used for 150-600mm dia. pipes, and TVS-800 large crawler is used for 250-2000mm dia. pipe, the camera can work on both crawlers and aumatic cable drum make the work easily.
