The printing paper making machine is composed of one wire forming section, press section, dryer section, calender, reeling machine, base section, and other auxiliary equipments. The production flow of this printing paper making machine is as following:

Air cushion type headbox---one wire forming---one four roll two press nips---one main press---16sets dryer cylinders---sizing machine---8sets dryer cylinders---four roll soft calender ---- reeling machine.

Air cushion headbox total pressure and liquid level fluctuation will directly affect the uniform paper and normal working of paper machine. This system uses inverter control method to control pump and fan to adjust the liquid level and total pressure, equips roots blower and inverter and efficient silencer, shockproof platform and pipelines.
