38mm Plastic Short Shackle Safety Padlock

a) Reinforced nylon body, withstand temperature from -20℃ to +80℃. The steel shackle is chrome plated; the non-conductive shackle is made from nylon, withstand temperature from -20℃ to +120℃, ensuring the strength and deformation fracture not easily.

b) Key Retaining Feature: When the shackle is open, the key can’t be removed.

c) Copper lock core setting, elastic ball mode, wear-resistant, rustproof and non-deformation. Exquisite internal structure, open the internal spring sheet smoothly. The technology is more perfect, the safety protection performance is more advanced, the mutual opening rate is lower.

The head of the lock core of the safety padlock has two pawls, the pawl and the locking tongue cooperate to complete the force conversion action, and the pawl replaces the locking tongue to move inwards, changing the rotation of the lock core into the movement of the locking tongue. In order to improve the anti - dialing effect of the lock, the key groove of the lock core is mostly processed into S or shaped.
