1. Application
The Laying up Machine is used for cabling the 3, 4, 5, multi core, rubber cables, plastic power cables, telephone cables, control cables, PVC cables, XLPE cables with or without steel armouring, mining cables, low and medium low voltage power cables.

2.1 Central pay off is supported by a stand and roller which is more stable.
2.2 DC or AC driving system, controlled by PLC with guaranteed synchronization performance and easy maintenance.
2.3 When Stranding the splitting conductor, with phase correcting feedback devices and special dies to guarantee the high quality stranding.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
