1. Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist,it also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.

2. Main Characters
The key gearboxes adopt the best gearboxes in China,the gearbox is almost no noise.

The host body is back-twisting stranding. Supporting wheels support the host body. Bobbin cage adopts end shaft clamping device, which equipped with safety locking device. The wire tension adopts friction tension. The machine is equipped with six stage gear-box with positive inversion, pneumatic brake device, the whole welding chassis. The bobbin cage is welded.

630 half cut type steel tape armoring machine is optional. This armoring head is with six stage gear box, oil pump lubrication. It can run forward, reverse and neutral. This machine is applicable to maximum diameter 630mm steel tape. Mechanical friction tension is adjustable. Angle of steel tape can be adjustment by the worm gear. This machine is applicable for different steel tape armoring.

Mechanical friction belt or friction disc controls the wire pay-off tension. This kind of wire tension is manually adjusted type. And the friction is stable from full bobbin to empty bobbin.

Magnetic hysteresis controls the wire pay-off tension. This kind can be controlled by PLC, and a series of data for the pay-off tension is set in the PLC. The wire tension is more stable, from full bobbin to empty bobbin. The tension adopts analog quantity or real-time feedback type. This is a kind of passive pay-off tension system.

The motor and small gearbox control the pay-off bobbin by synchronous belt. The wire tension is changed according to real-time wire tension feedback system. This is a kind of active pay-off tension system. The wire tension is from 0 to a maximum data. This kind of machine is usually used for making OPGW cable and other cable which needs precise wire tension.

Pay-off, mainframes of 6-reel section, 12-reelbsection, 18-reel, 24-reel and 30-reel, die holder, tape lapper, armor unit, haul-off, take-off, driven system and electrical system.
