China’s first Ultra Refrigerated Centrifuge(55000r/min) and first high-speed centrifuge (20000r/min) were made in Xiang Yi .
The company has passed the quality system certification by UK SGS and ISO9001: 2008, ISO13485:2012+AC:2012 : Certificate of Quality Management System for Medical device by German TUV respectively , assuring the stability and reliability of the product quality for 15 years effective operation.
The centrifuge technology developed by Xian Yi is at the leading level in China due to the technical cooperation with TOMY in Japan and BECKMAN in the USA during 80s and 90s of the last century.
The super capacity of 6x1000ml angle rotor and 6x2400ml swing rotor both have successfully passed the rotor service life test by the USA authority, which surpassed the US standard . This indicates that the performance of Xiang Yi Centrifuges have reached the international advanced level.
Along with the improvement of centrifuge technology and industry visibility, Xiang Yi is developing and expanding the product sales from domestic to overseas markets, such as USA, Germany, Japan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan ,Turkey, India, Mexico, Vietnam and more than 100 countries.
In order to meet the market demand, in 2006 Xiang Yi made giant investment to establish an RD and manufacturing center in Changsha, the capital city of Hunan, covering building area of 20,000 square meters, in which a special centrifuge test room, aging room, noise test room, explosion laboratory, debugging room and professional centrifuge assembly lines have been set up, promoting annual production capacity from 20 000 sets to 80 000 sets.
All the performance tests can be conducted within the company. Xiang Yi has jointly established an R&D center of laboratory instruments with famous universities. bringing together senior talents in this field. Xiang Yi has become well-known domestic production base of lab instruments.
