MN-6004 Mooney viscometer is another high-tech mechatronics product
recently developed by our factory. It consists of computer, OMRON
high precision temperature control instrument, data acquisition
controller, mechanical components and electrical linkage. Is used
to determine the Mooney viscosity, scorch time and fluidization
index of all kinds of unvulcanized natural rubber, synthetic rubber

MN-6004 Special description of high quality function of Mooney
viscometer:
1.Mooney viscometer Mooney test and scorch test can test 16 curves
simultaneously at the same interface and can be printed in real
time.The measured data and curves are stored in the database.The
data in the database can be retrieved by time, data size, batch
number and group number at any time, and can be reproduced and
restored.One curve, five curves or 16 curves can be drawn on a
graph when the curve is reproduced. The parameters of the curve can
be the same or different.In order to find out the best parameters,
the so-called same parameters are compared on a graph with several
curves of the same compound and the same measuring time.The
so-called different parameters are completely different compound,
the curve shape, measurement time are different, they are drawn on
a map for the comparison between the rubber materials.The use of
this function in conjunction with the data retrieval function will
greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of selecting the best
parameters. Figs. 1 to 6 are part of the curve graphic format of
Mooney scorch.
2.The T18 T35 process of scorch test is fully automatic. If the
measurement is 15 minutes, if the T18 (small rotor) or T35 (large
rotor) is not measured in 15 minutes, the experiment will add 1
minute to automatically move down until the T18 or t35 is measured,
and the diagram of figure 3 will be obtained.The measuring time may
also be manually modified during the test, such as 20 minutes of
measuring time set by a rubber compound, 20 minutes can be changed
to 15 minutes or any value in the middle of the measurement, as
long as 20 minutes under "modify the measuring time" on the bottom
right of the display are changed to 15 minutes, Press "enter" to
complete. If 200 minutes t 18 or t 35 are not detected, the
measurement will automatically end.
Scorch T3 T5 test,the burning time of some users is longer, tens of
minutes, or even longer.In order to improve efficiency, they only
care about the initial scorch time T3 and t5 in production.,To meet
the needs of this section of the user,The function of measuring
only the parameters of t 3 t 5 is designed. The small rotor can
detect t 3 automatically and the large rotor can also automatically
stop t 5. The testing process, the format is exactly the same as t
18 t 35.
3.Comparative test.Mooney viscosity and scorch tests can use
previously measured rubber curve data as reference values.16 times
in a row at the same interface,The best experimental data are found
by comparing the curves drawn.Repeated testing of the same compound
is particularly convenient.
4.The instrument can retrieve measuring time, measuring range,
controlling temperature, glue batch number, shift number, database,
precision correction, data.Curve data printing and so on the
display only to make simple settings, with the mouse can be
completed."measure" one key can complete "close mode", "rotate",
"measure" multiple actions,The operation is quick and
convenient.After the measurement is completed, the software will
automatically adjust Y scale according to the size of measurement

5.If a 30-minute test, eight hours a day can save at least 15 years
of curves and data.For this reason, the computer of this system,

system will be washed away, causing unnecessary losses.
6.Printed drawings on the enterprise name, each curve rubber
material name, batch number, team number, operator name, etc., can
also be modified in the measurement. Users can set any form of
