Bright beer tanks are often also called serving tanks, tax determination tanks or clear beer tanks (=CBTs), bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks. These tanks are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged. Depending on their application the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can be located in a cold room.For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.

Fermentation tank is a kind of equipment for mechanical stirring and fermentation of materials. The equipment adopts internal circulation mode, disperses and breaks bubbles with the agitator. It has high dissolved oxygen rate and good mixing effect. The tank body adopts SUS304 or 316L imported stainless steel, and the tank is equipped with an automatic spray cleaning machine head to ensure that the production process meets GMP requirements.

Classification of fermentation tanks:

According to the equipment of fermentation tanks, fermentation tanks are divided into mechanical agitation and ventilation fermentation tanks and non-mechanical agitation and ventilation fermentation tanks.

According to the needs of microorganism growth and metabolism, it can be divided into aerobic fermentation tank and anaerobic fermentation irrigation
