125 threads per inch grid (49 threads per cm) for general printing on dark shirts, underlying print with details, print on dark nylon jacket and silver glitter ink.
180 threads per inch grid (71 threads per cm) for light-colored shirts, multi-color printing on light nylon jackets.
Use 230 threads per inch of screen (90 lines per cm) for detailed multicolor
Printed T-shirt, thin coat nylon, printed than dark shirt.
Apply a 305-inch per inch mesh (120 cm/cm) print on a light shirt and overprint on a dark shirt.
