Lead feeding unit

Suction motor assist lead-edge position automatic feeding

Front baffle electric adjustment,dial showing.

Side baffle,back baffle electric adjustment.

Equipped with automatic dust collection device,effectively remove the impurities of cardboard surface.

Skip feeding function,you can choose continue feeding or ship feeding.

Printing unit

Standard metal steel anilox cylinder.(ceramic cylinder optional)

Equiped with fast hanging plate device .

Printing phase adjustmeng adopts plc,touch screen controling,digital 360°adjustment.

Planetary gear constructure for phase to incrase the life.

Brake is installed to keep the gears fixed when machine units moving.

Memorized system for the printer.

Computer digitgal axial position adjustment,the adjustment distance is 20 mm.

Equipped with anilox automatic lifting device. Anilox rises and separate from printing blade when stopping feeding paper.

Slotting unit

Single-axle double-knife structure is adopted, and the back-knife can be set by computer and adjusted electrically by hands.

The five-knife set can all be moved, and the adjustment clearance can be set by computer and adjusted electrically by hands.

The arbor and pressure line axle both adopt hard twice precision grinding.

There's the elastic corner-cutting knife. the third, fifth, seventh cardboard don't need to be adjusted.

Manual two-way self-locking is used to adjust clamping roller clearance, which makes the adjustment easier and faster.

The phase fixation adopts electromagnetic brake institution. when the machine and stage separate or adjusting the phase, keep the front knife plate fixed.

The touch displaying screen is equipped, which makes date setting and control easier.

Computer automatic arranging knife may store up 999 orders.

Die cutting unit

Die-cutting roller for the high quality steel materrials,30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

Wallboard for high-quality cast iron material, 50mm thickness, and large processing center production.

Soft-roll automatic grinding institutions to pouches repeat usage, grinding 3-4 times.
