1.2083 is a martensitic stainless steel with high hardenability (good wear resistance) and excellent resistance to cold atmospheric corrosion and hot oxidation ( 660ºC). It also has good resistance to chemical products.Corrosion-resistant mould steel, highest cleanliness and good polishability, good machinability, low distortion through- hardening steel, high hardenability, high wear resistance

General Applications
