Inline Extrusion (Injection) composition:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The purpose of the Inline Extrusion is the filling of gaps inside
of steel ropes avoiding dirt to enter the rope causing damage and
wear.
One extrusion head is placed before the stranding die holder. A
second extrusion head is placed behind the stranding die holder.
The first extrusion head is injecting the melt in between the
strands during closing.
The entire unit is positioned on rails and can be moved inside the
stranding line when required or outside the stranding line when not
used.
Rope diameter range over Isolation: 10 - 60mm for extrusion

The first extrusion head is sheathing the steel rope and filling up
the outer gaps by putting a round layer of Material on the outside

The electrical controls for the entire unit is completely mounted
in one control cabinet. The control cabinet is located near the
Extruder. The controls are ready for connection to your local power
supply.
