Product Introduction

1.2510 is a cold work tool steel that is match for heat treatment with oil. With its unique properties of combination by Carbon and Manganese in the proportion of 1.0%, this lead to the best quality of hardenability in depth. Besides, 2510 still maintain hardness after hardening at 64 HRC. It can reach high strength and durability. Can be used for general purpose at temperature 200 degree celcius. It's good for application that require hard surface, internal strength after tempering.

O1 tool steel is an oil hardening, cold work general purpose steel with easy machining properties and low hardening temperatures compared to other grades. O1 provides good wear resistance and toughness sufficient for standard tool and die applications making it a suitable choice for tooling with good tool life and econimcal production. In situations that require greater size stability during hardening, A2 should be considered. Some common applications include: bending dies, trimmer dies, perforators, broaches, blanking dies, forming dies, gages, cutting dies, bushings, forming rolls, knives, drawing dies, and embossing dies. O1 plates and flats are supplied in a decarb free and annealed condition.

9CrWMn alloy tool steel is alloy tool sodium and low alloy cold work die steel.
