If it is a male flange and a female flange, it is not required.Our Male or Female flangs have an interlocking seating surface to ensure proper alignment during installation.The size and material of products can be customized according to the needs of customers. The general material is SS304.The V-Band Clamps are made from SS304 stainless steel and feature a t-bolt style clamping mechanism. In production, we strictly control the safety of products and the quality.
V Band couplings are mechanical connecting clamps consisting of two
or more V insert sections welded inside a strong and adjustable
clamp. Each assembly consists of two Stainless Steel Male Female
flanges and one 304 Stainless Steel V band clamp,providing a
perfect overlap seam for welding.The exhaust clamp design allows
for a gasket free seal.
