dependable marine-grade vinyl; UV-resistant, mildew-resistant and fireproof, with strong backside knitting reinforcement;
tstandard 1.6 lbs top quality virgin EPS foam cores (2.0 available), taper from 4 inches thick at the middle to 3 inches thick at the edges non-corrosive galvanized steel C-channel center bar, as the foam reinforcement polyethelene vapor barriers around the foam, to keep moisture out;
double reinforced folding hinge, standard full insulated hinge (at NO EXTRA CHARGE), to avoid heat escape;;
- upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.
