1. Operation Guidance

• When the cable plug of disposable plasma probe is correctly connected to the equipment, the equipment will display the default power value. Each plasma probe has the maximum power limitation.
• The disposable plasma probe connection wire shall be correctly placed, so as to prevent it from being damaged, thus contacting the patient or other charged conductors.
• Caution: In the process of ablation and coagulation, the operating surgeon shall be aware that the electronic equipment can cause electrical stimulation to muscle tissues.

2. Warnings

●Please carefully read the instructions before use. This product is used in combination with plasma surgery system equipment PLA-600.

●Do not touch the electrode tip after powering on.

●Do not allow the exposed return electrode to contact the tissue.

●Do not allow the insulation layer of disposable plasma probe to contact any hard article, otherwise the insulation layer on the scalpel rod may be damaged. If the insulation layer is damaged, it may cause accidental electric leakage, thus scalding the patient.

3. Cautions

●Before using for the first time, please carefully read and understand all attached documents, including warnings, cautions and instructions.

●The plasma probe is disposable and has been sterilized before delivery, and the reuse is not allowed. Do not clean, resterilize, or reuse, otherwise it may result in equipment malfunction, inactivity, or patient injury, and leave the patient exposed to the risk of cross-infection.

●Safe and effective surgery depends not only on the product itself, but also on the use and maintenance by the user to a large extent.

●Do not allow the liquid to contact to the end of probe connector that is connected to the equipment.

●Under the premise of achieving the intended efficacy, try to maintain the minimum power setting.

●Such type of disposable plasma probe is designed for ablation and coagulation. Do not use brute force to cut or pull the tissue, otherwise it may cause the electrode deformed or bent.

●Once the insulation layer damaged, it may cause accidental electric leakage, thus scalding the patient.

●Always pay attention to the sparks during surgery. Sparks and heat generated during the electrosurgery may cause fire.

●Do not use flammable anesthetics or oxidizing gas, such as nitrous oxide and oxygen.
