Brief Introduction

1. The WNS oil/gas fired steam boiler is a horizontal internal combustion and three quick return boiler with fire tubes.

2. It has fully wet back structure, and the high temperature flue gas will be injected into the atmosphere after convection heat transfer through the reversal chamber into the first flue tube bundle and the front smoke box with turning 180℃ into the second flue tube bundle.

3. The boiler has excellent technical performance of industrial combustor and low water level alarm and low water levels, high steam pressure.

4. Besides, It has the features of compact structure, safe and reliable design, fast installation, less pollution, low noise and high efficiency.

Boiler working principle and flue gas process

After the fuel and air are fully mixed, they are ignited and burned to produce high-temperature flue gas. The boiler furnace is positive pressure.

After the high-temperature flue gas is burned in the furnace, it enters the second return thread pipe bundle through the back combustion chamber, and then passes through the front cigarette box. Into the third return thread pipe bundle, and finally discharged into the atmosphere.

The boiler furnace, the back combustion chamber and the smoke pipe are all immersed in water. During the flow of the flue gas, these components exchange heat by the temperature difference between the flue gas and the water, and the steam is generated by the main steam valve.
