
WZY-I Fully automatic four axis control prototype
The WZY-I fully automatic four axis numerical control prototype is specifically designed for pipe sample making. It can directly process dumbbell shaped samples from the raw materials of the pipe without any cutting of the pipe. As long as a section is cut from the original pipe and installed directly on this equipment, multiple dumbbell shaped samples can be made at once. Dumbbell shaped machining of circular pipes:
Take a sample of appropriate length from the raw material of the pipe and install it directly on the prototype. The installation method adopts a chuck method.
Set the length direction according to the sample length to process the number of dumbbell shapes.
Set the direction of the ring according to the sample diameter to process the number of dumbbell shapes.
Set other necessary parameters to start automatic machining.
Collect dumbbell shaped samples from the sample, and several can be harvested at once.
Operating mode:
Configure the touch screen and operate it through the touch screen.
Use an electronic handwheel for knife setting operation.
Structure characteristics:
Adopting XYZA four axis system for three-dimensional machining. Suitable for processing pipe materials.
By using a rotating axis to control the processing position of the pipe, multiple samples can be made on the circular pipe at once. This process is controlled by a computer and fully automatic.
The cutting tool is water-cooled with a water spray cooling component, which can be used as needed.
Processing function:
Dumbbell shaped processing, various stretching standard splines
Processing of circular specimens, such as those used in the Vicat test.
Processing of rectangular specimens, such as making impact specimens.
