HOWE Precision Mould Manufacture Co., Ltd. private-owned enterprise, with around 2, 000sqm work shop locates in Chang'an Town, Dong Guan City, Guang Dong Province, China. Design And Develop Ability

beginning the customer only sent us a very rough ugly design,to
make
it work and make it beautiful,our engineers developed out such good
looking and function well dispenser.
Process of making moulds:
| 1.Sample/Drawing | After receiving your detail information like 2D & 3D drawings or sample for reference, will pass to the R&D team to do Moldflow analysis. |
| 2.Negotiation | Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term etc. |
| 3.Place Order | when all terms are agreed by both sides, then we will accept an order. |
| 4.Mould Design | Our R&D team will design the mould per customer requirements and send drawings for approval. |
| 5.Tooling Mould | Once the mould design is approved will start mould tooling. |
| 6.Mould Process | CNC grinding and milling, Heat Treatment, Wire Cut, Polish, Tool assembling and testing etc. Our good QC system can guarantee the product quality. |
| 7.Sample Confirmation | Send samples for confirmation, if not approved we will adjust the mould structure. |
| 8.Mass Production | After the customer approves the sample, we will arrange mass production. QC will inspect after products finished. |

For molds export,we use strong polymerized wood board to make standard export box to project the molds.Before put in box,we wrapped the molds with plastic film to protect it from moisture on sea with rustproof paint inside the molds.
The shipping company should provide tracking information and insurance to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the product. The customer should be provided with the shipment tracking number so that they can track the progress of their order.

To avoid the misunderstanding, We will offer DFM report ( Design
for Mold,
Include the parting line, ejector pin location, plastic thickness,
draft etc information) and mold structure for you to check the
project detail before the mold building.
Q11. What can we do if we want to do some modification?
If the size is not within the tolerance according the drawing, we
will modify the mold FREE.If you have new requirement after
sampling, we will give you some modify method for choice, for
example A and B, A cost 200 USD, B cost 400 USD, but after we
modified we find method A can't meet your requirement, we will
modify the mold by method B in FREE.
Q12.How to ensure plastic injection molding deliver on time?
We will send mold processing images every week, part dimension
measure report, part samples and molded video for you to check the
detail.
Q13. Does our design safe in your factory?
A: We keep secret to your idea and your design from part design to
mold design.
