1. Function
Sino-NSH ADK dry air generator is designed to provide high-purity
dry air with a dew point of up to -55℃~-75℃ for large power
equipment such as transformers and reactors during installation and
maintenance. It can replace traditional drying methods such as hot
oil circulation, nitrogen supplementation, and vacuuming to dry the
inside of the transformer, which is not affected by moisture in the
air, and is more effective, economical, safe, and environmentally
friendly.
This device is suitable for internal operations of large
transformers and is designed to ensure the safety of operators.
After sending low-temperature dry air into the transformer, it
prevents the intrusion of the external atmosphere while being
highly dry. It can avoid accidents caused by internal operators due
to sweating, conductivity, and suffocation due to lack of oxygen,
and ensure the safety of internal operations of the transformer.
2. Application
When using the ADK series dry air generator for the installation
and maintenance of power equipment, it will not be affected by
changes in external climatic conditions, especially for overnight
operations. It only needs to seal the flanges and fill the dry air
to 0.02-0.03Mpa. There is no need to add oil, replenish nitrogen,
or vacuumize. Transformers, reactors and other power equipment will
not be affected by moisture, which greatly reduces the workload,
shortens the construction period, and improves the quality of
installation and maintenance. The ADK series dry air generator is
also suitable for air drying and circulating drying in warehouses,
packaging, electronics, medicine and other industries. It is also
suitable for drying nitrogen, hydrogen of generator sets and SF6
equipment.
3. Principle
The atmosphere enters the gas storage tank through the air
compressor, and most of the water is compressed and liquefied and
discharged through the drain valve. The air is dried for the first
time; then it enters the refrigeration dryer, the water vapor is
condensed into water, and the air is dried for the second time;
then it enters the adsorption dryer for the third drying, adsorbs
the remaining trace water, and then passes through the
high-precision air filter to the equipment that needs dry gas.
4. Structure
The ADK dry air generator is a mobile high-purity dry air generator
mainly composed of an air source system, a freeze drying system, an
adsorption drying system, an air filtration system and a PLC
intelligent electrical control system.
Composition of the air source system: It consists of a dust filter,
a screw air compressor, a radiator (air cooling), an air-water
separator and a filter, and outputs clean oil-free gas.
Composition of the freeze drying system: This device mainly adopts
a fully enclosed high-temperature compression refrigeration unit,
which has stable and reliable performance and can obtain a larger
cooling capacity. The system configuration adopts imported fully
enclosed compressor units, air heat exchangers, evaporators,
air-water separators and fine filters; in the refrigeration
process, the R22 refrigerant first passes through a fully enclosed
high-temperature compression refrigeration compressor, a cooler, a
desiccant, and a solenoid valve, and finally returns to the
refrigeration compressor through the evaporator, and obtains a
low-temperature environment of 0-5℃ inside the evaporator.
Electrical control: The main control electrical part adopts
Schneider Electric; the electrical performance of the whole machine
is stable, safe and reliable.
