Application:
The HCF centrifugal filtration is mainly used for remove the free water and impurities from the oil,it can be applied to heavy diesel oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil clarification and purification to slow wear of diesel engine or other types of machines, and extend the service life of the machine and oil,also can be applied for some of vegetable oil,plant oil which can’t dissolve in water and the density is lower than water, such as peanut oil,palm oil,sunflower oil,turpentine oil etc.HCF always been apply for mineral oil separator: Remove the water and mechanical impurities for fuel oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, mineral oil, etc. Also can be used to separate emulsion liquid .

Description of HCF:
The disc-type centrifugal separator (Marin Centrifugal Oil Separator) is mainly used for the purification of the heavy fuel oil in the ship, which can effectively remove the water and impurities from the oil, play a role in the clarification and purification, reduce operating costs and extend the life of the engine. Meanwhile, this machine can be applied to heavy diesel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil clarification and purification to slow wear of diesel engine or other types of machines, and extend the service life of the machine and oil. This machine can also be applied to other areas of non-homogeneous suspensions or emulsions separation.
Disc and the diameter of solid pa Stack Centrifuges is mainly used for liquid-solid separation for the material with solids content between 1% ~10% particles is bigger than 0.5μm. This machine has strong separation capability, and the separation factor is 9250. It can be operated manually,automatically and remotely. It is simple in structure and easy in maintenance.
The bowl is driven by the motor through the friction clutch and screw gear pair and rotate at high speed around the main shaft.Stock liquid flows from the center charging inlet on the top of separator to the bottom through the charging pipe and then passes through disc seats to the space of the bowl.The bigger gravity solid phase particles in the stock liquid is settled down to the bowl's wall under the action of the centrifugal force and drained out from the residue under the control of the side bowl,the liquid phase is fully settled down to the center along the discs and drained out by the centripetal pump.

Working principle:
In the centrifugal force field, different materials will settle down at different velocity according to their respective attribute, thus separating impurities. The mixture in the high speed rotor drum will form a cirque. From thee outside to the inside, the materials lay according to their different density. The centrifugal force is way more than gravity. When gravity separation does not work, centrifugal separation is the only way.
Separation space: Partitions are used to separate the rotor drum into several parts thus greatly decreases the distance of sedimentation and improve the separation effect.
